Harmony Day 2025
On Friday, we came together to celebrate Harmony Day, a special day that highlights Australia’s rich cultural diversity. It’s a time to embrace inclusiveness, respect, and a sense of belonging for everyone. Students were encouraged to wear traditional cultural dress or the colour orange, symbolising social harmony and unity.

Our talented students showcased their culinary skills in an International Masterchef Competition, creating dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world. Our tastebuds travelled to Sri Lanka, Greece, Africa, Germany, Asia, and even enjoyed some home-grown Aussie favourites. A big congratulations to Praise for taking out first place!

- Holland – Creating traditional wooden clogs
- France – Reconstructing the Eiffel Tower with spaghetti and playdough
- India – Drawing intricate henna designs
- Australia – Acting out Dreamtime stories

The day began with students working in their House groups to create individual art pieces. These were then laminated and assembled by the Student Representative Council (SRC) into a stunning Harmony Quilt, symbolising unity and connection. In the afternoon, students enjoyed oranges together and celebrated their collaborative masterpiece.

Thank you to all the hardworking staff who made Harmony Day 2025 such a fantastic and meaningful celebration. Through food, art, storytelling, and dance, we were reminded of the beauty of our diverse community.
