Multicultural MasterChef Competition

📣 Exciting news! 🎉

I am thrilled to announce that on Thursday 21 March our Language Acquisition department hosted the second Multicultural MasterChef competition in celebration of Harmony Week! It was an incredible event where our talented young chefs showcased their culinary skills by cooking and baking cultural dishes from scratch. The effort and dedication they put into their creations was truly inspiring. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Every single dish that was presented during the competition was absolutely delicious. Our young judges had a tough time deciding on the best dish, as each one had its unique flavours and cultural significance. 🍽️😋

However, after much deliberation, I am delighted to announce the winners! 🏆

🥇 First Prize
Congratulations to Shreya for her mouthwatering dumplings! The perfect combination of flavours and textures made her dish an absolute standout.

🥈 Second Prize
A big round of applause for Jyles, who impressed the judges with his exquisite dolmas! The skilful preparation and presentation truly captured the essence of this traditional dish. 🌿🍇

🥉 Third Prize
Let's give a huge shoutout to Lillian for her delectable German käsekuchen! The rich and creamy cheesecake left everyone wanting more.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on this wonderful occasion. The Multicultural MasterChef competition has not only showcased the diversity of our community but has also brought us closer together through the universal language of food. 🌟❤️

Stay tuned for more exciting events and initiatives from our Language Acquisition department!
